Thumbnail review of Hammer HEED (which I am unable to pronounce without a Scottish accent): it's a bit sweet-tasting, but kept me going really well. I've got the "lemon-lime" flavor, so maybe I'll switch to "mellon" and see how that tastes.
08/22/2008: I've gotten used to the taste, and HEED continues to do a great job keeping my energy up during workouts.
