It's been nearly a month since my last mountain bike ride, so I made a little time on Monday afternoon to get out for a little while. I didn't have much time, but Cheeseboro is a perfect place for that.

I just spun up the Canyon Trail to Shepherd's Flat, then east to the Edison road, and back again. It was great to get out for a little bit, but really it just whet my appetite for a real ride.

My fork is really bouncy, and I can feel the lack of control on the corners, but it's good enough to ride on for now. Biding my time until I can get a new one...
