This is how my brain works. I was thinking in circles about cycling stuff (ha ha) and realized I was A) very tired, and B) forgetting to account for the odd cause/effect blurring of physical training.
Getting a graph together straightened me out in about two minutes, and formed the basis of my next training cycle. (The strength component is part of that.)
The name of the game is speed, which I don't have. So I'm going to go fast, then stretch that speed out longer and longer.
