Quick (For Me)

Fourth place on the Strava leaderboard for the Big Sky loop. Feels pretty good. Feels even better to have taken four minutes off my time from last week. A huge part of that is simply staying on the Strava route. But I'm also getting quicker on the clibs and the downhills, which is awesome.

This loop is basically a 15-minute interval session followed by a fun run home, and that's doing exactly what I'd hoped it would. I can feel my legs lasting better on the climbs, and they're recovering better between climbs.

I'm itching to taking another shot at the First St. Steeps. But that's going to have to wait. I need to focus on real life the rest of this week.
