Stress Relief

Once again, Krav Maga proves to be the best stress relief in the world. An hour of Krav got most of my aggression out, and an hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu squeezed out whatever was left. I did more core strength work tonight than I think I've ever put into a single workout. Right now, my friends' toddler could crush me like a Cheerio.

Now to follow that up with a good night's sleep, and a good breakfast.
