3 rounds:

  1. KB swing x 20 @ 35#
  2. Bulgarian split squat x 20 @ 35# (10 each leg)
  3. knee push-up x 16
  4. walking lunge x 20 @ BW
  5. Russian triangle x 20 @ 25#

I currently do 3 rounds. I want to work up to 5.
